Get Paid More at Work

Everyone wants to know how to make more money. What if you like where you work or do not desire to make a major move for more income? I have great news for you if you fall into either of these categories. You can make a lot more money without even leaving your company!

First, the bad news. If you are covered under union representation, I'm sorry. I spent seven years as an airline pilot and I was deeply connected to how unions work. While they are great in some instances, everyone is created equal, their pay structure is almost always set up in that all workers also stay equal.

Why does five-year employee who goes above and beyond to produce fabulous work make the exact same amount as another five-year employee who has only done the minimum necessary to keep his job? If you do not see a problem here, stop reading; this article will not help you.

Now, for those of you still with me, here is the great news. You do not have to remain at your current level! There are literally hundreds and sometimes thousands of things you can do in the next twelve to eighteen months to overhaul your pay.
